Nest Assemblage

This little guy has been sitting on my piano unfinished for quite some time. I had started on him before I took my fulltime job, but now that the job is over, I can finally get back into my studio and have some fun!

The embodiment of a nest, this assemblage contains real feathers and is labeled with a medal medallion. He is a dirty-faced creature with a vintage button on his back.

Captured Time

If only capturing time could really be so easy.

I wear the key of memory, and can open every door in the house of my life.

- Amelia E. Barr

I made this original assemblage using an old beat up alarm clock that my friend Phyllis gave me. The little doll I encased is just precious!

I would like to thank Charlotte for featuring me in her treasury! Sweet!!
