This guy has been up to something. I just know it! What could it be? I know it has to be some kind of Halloween hijinks. I can tell by the look in his beady green eyes! I bet he thinks that if he flashes a smile, I will overlook his mischief. Hmmm. . . Should I?

Ooohhh...yeah, he's been up to something all right -- too many jalapeno peppers maybe if his eyes are that green...and that grin...looks like he's been into the milk of magnesia!!! lol!!!
