Wimberley Market Days

My sister and I got up before the sun and drove to Wimberley on Saturday for a fun day of SHOPPING at the Wimberley Market Days.

It was incredibly hot but with all the great items we were finding, we just kept on truckin'. The parking lot attendant couldn't believe how many trips we made back to the car to load up all of our goodies. As usual, I meant to take more pictures, but I get mesmerized and forget to pull the camera out of my pocket.

I found one booth that had all the things I love - old door knobs, picture frames, enamel pans, flatware, bottles. . . all at better-than-garage-sale prices. I loaded up all kinds of items that I will use in other projects.

I think Texas must have the absolute best places for "our" kind of shopping!!! I see you to have a bit of a makeover and it looks great! Your comment on mine made my day. Thanks sweetie!

Oh I bet that was fun. I've been lurking T, to see all the fun things you've been up to.:) I'll be going to spend a few days in Wimberly with my travel buddy and friend Lana, in September. Can't wait. It's been many years since I've been there. See ya round the bend.
