Sweet place to nest

If you are a bird, and you are looking for a sweet place to nest, what could possibly be sweeter than a sugar bowl? I had considered putting my assemblage in a bowl until I raided my cabinet and found this sugar bowl. I had picked it up at an antique shop in Arkansas, but it didn't have a lid. This little bird makes me smile. :D

Love birds nesting in things like th is. Lovely! I made it to Riviera Trade Days finally. Sold 2 large quilts and soap and other items as well. Look forward to when they start up in the fall again. Haven't been to Corpus to your shop, but hope you are doing well.

I love birds, I have been collecting birds nests for years........my step-son gave me my first one about 25 years ago and it became such a fun time for us........I finally had to tell him I had enough when he brought me home a hornet nest.........anyways the nest looks quite nice in the vintage sugar bowl. Thanks for sharing your talent and photo. XO MARY
