I caught her!

To my delight, when I went out to get the newspaper, I found this adorable little fairy had just hatched. Her name is Emily and she loves coconut macaroons and tea with lots of sugar. I think that is why she is so sweet!

I just started a Facebook and I'm afraid to say that it has kept me at the computer and away from my studio. That's okay. It's like a huge party over there. I love it here, too. It's like home here.

New Artfire account

I am really enjoying my new Artfire account. Thanks to many of you, I will be getting a "free ride". Those are always fun. I like the exposure I get on Artfire. They have a gadget called a market hub. I can link all the places that I'm on the internet like my Etsy shop, Flickr!, this blog and others if I had them.

I'm still learning my way around over there. If any of you have an Artfire and have any tips, suggestions or wonderful suggestions, I would LOVE to hear about them!

Upstream

Drink Upstream from the Herd
Translation: Think before you act
Excellent cowboy wisdom. This original assemblage is made using a cowboy figurine made in Japan, a horse cookie cutter and a plastic fence from a cowboys and Indians set. I have signed and dated it on the back.Overall dimensions are approximately 6.5 inches wide by 7.25 inches high by 3.25 inches deep.

Drumroll, please!

I received so many entries from all of you sweeties in blogland

I enlisted some help from my adorable nightstand bear. . .
See how many! They just kept coming and coming - even up to the last minute!
Well, I waited and waited, but apparently, since nightstand bear does not have opposable thumbs, she just sat there looking adorable, so . . .
I enlisted the help of my husband, and look who they drew! Congratulations, Laurie of Charming Designs. Her blog is a real treat, so be sure to stop by! I would like to thank each and every one of you for stopping by. Please come back soon. I love it when you visit! - Teresa
